The citytax amounts to 5% oft he room rate (net price) including services like laundry and final cleaning. Remise Berlin GbR is obliged to collect the berlin citytax, add to the bill and transfer the tax to the city to Berlin. Business travellers are exempt from the berlin citytax and do not have to pay.
